Terms of Service
Welcome to KLINIQ Labs. By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms.
1. Our store. KLINIQ Labs is a retail store offering authentic Korean skincare products. Product images and descriptions are provided for general information; packaging may occasionally vary as brands update their designs.
2. Orders and acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.
3. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never store your full payment details.
4. Shipping. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped from Seoul, South Korea with standard tracked delivery, which usually takes 7–21 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Customs and import duties. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds. Opened or used personal care products cannot be returned. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Cancellations. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch — usually within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
8. Product use and disclaimer. All products sold are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always patch test a new product before first use, follow the instructions on the product label, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a qualified professional for specific skin concerns. Individual results vary; no specific results are promised or guaranteed.
9. Intellectual property. All content on this store — text, branding, and images created by KLINIQ Labs — belongs to KLINIQ Labs. Product brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products.
10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLINIQ Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this store or its products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
